My Requirements

Hi,I’m a single mum who has recently moved to Birmingham and I’m looking for a kind, reliable and trustworthy childminder, nanny or babysitter for my son, Rayaan. Rayaan has special needs but he is a very loving and affectionate little boy. He speaks a little, is very energetic and playful, and although he can have the occasional tantrum, he is overall a really sweet child who does best with someone calm, patient and understanding. I only need help for short periods during the day. In the morning, I’d need someone to come to our home from around 7:30am until school drop-off. I’ll have Rayaan dressed already, so it would just be giving him breakfast, letting him watch some TV for a bit, and then taking him to school, which is only a five-minute drive away. I won’t need any care during school hours, and then in the afternoon I’d need help again from around 3:00pm until 6:00pm. This would involve picking him up from school, bringing him home, giving him a simple meal like pizza, nuggets or fries, and staying with him at home until I return from work. Because Rayaan has special needs, it’s really important to me that care takes place in our home and that I find someone I can truly trust. Experience with special needs would be a bonus but isn’t essential – I’m mostly looking for someone warm, patient and dependable who would enjoy spending time with him.
