About Me
My ex partner and I co-habit and have a 2 year old daughter, we are in our thirties. My ex is beginning part time employment soon and I work full time from home already so we will be looking for a childminder, this maybe permanent or until we can get a nursery place for our daughter. Our daughter is still breastfed but can go without for prolonged periods, she is fairly advanced developmentally in the majority of the areas (health visitor advised her language and imagination skills are really advanced) she is not yet potty trained and this is something we are currently working on and utilising different methods to find the right one for her. Where possible we try to speak to her as an individual and adult and we are looking for an approach which will value her character and is open minded to how we have approached her upbringing so far, that said we are reasonable human beings and happy to discuss appropriate responses and events.
My Requirements
We are looking for a childminder 3-4 days a week from 9am-2pm potentially although we can be somewhat flexible with hours, as my role is flexible.ideally this would most likely be mon-thurs or tues-friday but may be subject to change and we are happy to take the days available.
