About Me
We are a professional family relocating from London to St Albans this Spring. We have a bright, curious, and energetic 2-year-old son named Elliot. He is currently thriving in a London nursery, but with our upcoming move, we are looking for a nurturing environment in St Albans to help him settle into his new city.
Elliot is a very social child who loves cars and building blocks. As parents, we value open communication and a setting that encourages independence and kindness. We are reliable, punctual, and very much looking forward to becoming part of the St Albans community.
My Requirements
Primary Requirement: We are looking for a 'bridge' childcare placement starting in May 2026 until September 2026, as we are currently on the waiting list for a local nursery for the autumn intake.
Days & Hours: We are ideally looking for 4 days per week, roughly 08:30 to 17:30, though we can be flexible on specific start/finish times for the right setting.
The Ideal Setting: We are particularly interested in an Ofsted-registered childminder who offers a 'home-from-home' environment with plenty of outdoor play and social interaction. We are happy to consider short-term contracts and are prepared to pay the necessary deposits to secure a spot ahead of our move.
