About Me
I am a mum of five lovely children, so I understand just how important it is to find someone you can trust to care for your child. I have twin daughters, Jenna and Leanne, who are 22 years old, an 18-year-old son called Ashton, my 14-year-old stepson Harvey, and my youngest daughter Isabelle, who is 6.
I am also a nanny to a little girl called Harper, who is 2 years old, which keeps me very hands-on with caring for younger children. Being a mum and a nanny has given me lots of experience, patience and understanding, and I truly enjoy supporting children as they grow, learn and developed.
My Experience
I started childminding in March this year and look after two sets of twins and a 20 months old.
I believe children learn best when they feel safe, secure and happy. I provide a calm, nurturing environment where children can learn through play, explore their interests and develop at their own pace.
I use positive behaviour guidance, clear routines and lots of encouragement to help children build confidence and independence. I value working closely with parents and see our partnership as key to supporting each child’s development.
My Qualifications
I hold relevant childcare qualifications and regularly update my training, including:
• Paediatric First Aid
• Understanding and working with EYFS
• Safeguarding Children
• Food safety
• Ongoing professional development
My Availability
Currently have spaces Tuesdays and Wednesdays, then Monday-Thursday from September 26.
My Fees
- Childminding from £7.50 per hour
My Local Schools
- I provide drop offs and pick ups at Woburn Lower School
