I'm super friendly, enthusiastic and love getting stuck in, whether that's playing games, baking, drawing, or just being a bit silly and having fun. I'm always happy to prepare meals, as well as help with reading or homework if required. I don't drive, but I get everywhere by bus, bike or on foot, and I love staying active and spending time outdoors as much as possible.
Working with kids just feels like such a natural fit for me - I love helping them learn, explore and have fun along the way.
My Experience
I have always loved spending time with babies and children, since my first cousin was born 12 years ago to now having qualified as a physiotherapist and looking to eventually specialise in neurological paediatric physio. I have experience with informal babysitting for family members, formal nannying, and working with paediatric patients on placements during my degree. I also have paediatric first aid training, and an up to date enhanced DBS check, and experience with newborns up to 12 years.
I am currently a nanny for an 18 month old, as well as a 2 year old (until September 2026).
My duties include arranging and engaging in educational and recreational activities with the children, taking them to play groups and parks, changing nappies, getting them down for naps, washing bottles and stacking the dishwasher, preparing lunch, feeding breakfast and lunch. My current nanny family is very happy to provide a reference if you desire!
My Qualifications
Physiotherapy degree including first aid training and paediatric first aid training.
My Availability
One of my Jobs is coming to an end as the little boy is going to nursery. I will therefore have availability from September 2026.
My Fees
- Babysitting from £16.00 per hour
- Nannying from £16.00 per hour (gross)
My Local Schools
- I provide drop offs and pick ups at Windmill Primary School
- I provide drop offs and pick ups at Headington Quarry Foundation Stage School
