About Me
We are seeking a reliable, nurturing nanny to support a 6-year-old home-schooled girl at her father’s residence in Milton Keynes. This role includes elements of sole-charge care as well as working alongside family members and a tutor so the ideal candidate must be confident and comfortable collaborating as part of a team.
My Requirements
We are looking for someone who is adaptable, and patient, with a strong understanding of child development best practices, including emotional wellbeing, positive guidance, and structured routines.
Every other week, Friday – Monday, 10am – 6pm, with longer weeks during school holidays and half terms. We understand that working every other week could be a challenge, and will be open to discussions about what would make this role most appealing. Finding the right nanny is very important, and flexibility on the salary can be considered to suit the right candidate. (full time salary for part time work)

Supporting learning activities
Providing attentive supervision and emotional support
Managing meals, playtime, and daily routines
Encouraging independence through structured yet flexible routines
Collaborating with family members to ensure continuity and consistency in care
