My Summary

My Experience

I have experience in working mostly with disabled adults ranging from 20-60+, although many of these skills are transferable to those of a younger age range. Lots of the individuals I have supported in the past have had complex needs including personal care and medication, and some with extreme behavioural challenges, so I will not shy away from much!
Despite my lack of professional work, I come from a huge family and I am the eldest of 8! So I have supported my family with looking after many a little baby in my time! I have always enjoyed having younger siblings, it has taught me a lot of responsibility, and I am now handy with a nappy and a bottle?

My Qualifications

I have qualifications mainly in the support of those with additional needs. These include:
- epilepsy awareness
- diabetes
- moving and handling (hoisting)
- medication training
- crisis intervention and prevention
- safeguarding
- basic first aid
- dysphasia and swallowing

My Availability

My availability is my only real issue as such, as I do not have set days off at work. I am happy to come after a morning shift, which would finish around 14:30, or before 2pm when I am working a later shift, but my days off would be the best days to catch me! If you decide to choose me for support I would be happy to share my work schedule with you before we make any real plans, to see if my working life would be suitable for you!

My Fees

• Babysitting from £15.00 per hour
• Household Help from £15.00 per hour

£15-£20 depending on how many children, or how big a cleaning job
