My Requirements

I'm not sure what I need so I'll try and describe whats happening with me and my little one. She is 9 months old. Still breast feeding. In the midst of learning to take a bottle with great difficulty. Contact napper and sleep together at night. Doesnt like to be set down. Hates playpens highchairs and car seats etc. Velcro, fomo baby basically. She is an absolute joy the rest of the time haha but also, I am struggling. Im not back to work, self employment, I didnt really want to return to work for her first few years but financially I might have to so I will be looking for a childminder at some stage. At the moment though, I think I just need some sort of help. My house is falling down around me and its just complete chaos. I dont have much help and if I do I just get the bare minimum done , if anything. If she played independently for a few hours throughout the day I think things would be easier but she just cries to be lifted most of the time. I also have alot of anxiety about leaving her with someone I dont know, which Im sure is normal. Yous will know more than me about what kind of help is out there or if your willing to partake in this chaos feel free to text me to discuss. I just wanted to put all the info out there so everyones aware that this could be a difficult situation. In my head I kind of imagine someone coming round on a friday for a while to ease me in and just to entertain her or something then take it from there. Sorry Im just not really sure what I need but there have been a few tears lately so I gotta do something lol Thanks for reading.
