We had an excellent experience with Simone. She was reliable, professional, warm and fantastic with Poppy and Woody. They felt comfortable with her straight away, and she kept them happy, engaged and well cared for throughout.
She communicated clearly, was flexible when needed and gave us complete peace of mind. We would happily use her again.
