I’m Anna, a mum to a grown-up son and a doula.
I grew up in a large family, where I was the eldest daughter and always helped my parents look after the younger children, so I feel confident in chaos and am not afraid of challenges.
Because of the war, I had to move to England, so I am available to work as a nanny for Ukrainian-speaking children or for families who want their children to speak Ukrainian as well.
I enjoy creating a safe, fun and supportive environment where children can feel confident and comfortable.
I am gentle, patient and enjoy looking after others.
I enjoy spending time outdoors, going for long walks in nature and by the water.
As a mum, I know how important trust and reliability are; I always look after children as if they were my own.
My Experience
I have extensive practical experience working with children, both as a mother and through looking after many children in my large family and my clients’ children.
I feel confident and at ease supporting children of all ages, from newborns to schoolchildren.
I have been working as a doula for 11 years and, alongside this, I work as a nanny in families.
I have experience working with newborns, bottle-fed babies and schoolchildren.
My duties included looking after the baby, feeding, bathing, educational games and walks in the fresh air.
I was also responsible for taking the children to and from school, ensuring their safety, preparing their meals and keeping to a daily routine.
I treat every child as an individual, offering patient, caring and attentive care tailored to their needs.
I am also happy to help with cleaning, tidying up, laundry and other household chores whilst I am at home, for an additional fee, which many families find helpful in keeping the house in order.
