Babysitter

We are looking for a kind, gentle babysitter for occasional weekend days to hang out with our 4-year-old daughter. She is creative, communicative, outgoing:) We follow a gentle, growth-mindset parenting approach (emotion coaching, connection-first) and value child-led nature play over screens.

Looking for someone who will be a friend to her, offer support where needed but otherwise will be eager to simply nourish the natural sense of curiosity and wonder children have to explore, discover and learn about the world around them!

We are a trilingual family (English/Russian/German) recently moved from the US. We'd love to start with a paid 'play trial' while we are home to see how you get along!
