About Me

Hello, my name is Naila Ahmed and I am a fully qualified childminder based in a warm and welcoming family home. I live with my husband, our two children aged 3 and 6, and a grandparent, in a spacious three-bedroom house.
I am a calm, friendly and caring person who truly enjoys working with children. Through raising my own children, I have gained valuable experience and find it incredibly rewarding to support children as they grow, learn and reach important developmental milestones.
I hold all the required qualifications, including a valid DBS check, safeguarding training and paediatric first aid. My childminding setting is a safe, non-smoking, non-vaping and alcohol-free environment. We do not have any pets, and I also have experience supporting children with special educational needs.

My Experience

I have experience working both as a Special Needs Assistant and in a mainstream school, which has helped me develop a calm, patient, and flexible approach to childcare. I’m used to supporting children with different needs, personalities, and learning styles, and I always aim to create a safe, nurturing, and inclusive environment where every child can feel confident and valued.
