About Me
Hi, I’m Aliesha. I’m a mum to Soriyah, who is 4 years old and attends nursery full time.
I work/study alongside co-parenting and we have a settled routine in place. Soriyah is a friendly and confident little girl who is used to a routine and being around different adults.
We’re looking for a reliable and caring childminder who can support us with early mornings and nursery drop-offs.
My Requirements
We are looking for a childminder for early mornings, around 2–3 mornings per week, starting at 6:30am, with drop-off to nursery.
Our childcare needs are based on a rotating 50/50 co-parenting schedule, which works as follows:
• Week pattern (rotating):
• One parent has Monday & Tuesday, does nursery drop-off
• The other parent has Wednesday, Thursday & Friday, does nursery drop-off
• our daughter then returns to the first parent on saturday, who then does the Monday nursery drop-off
• The following week, this pattern switches between parents
Due to dad starting work at 7am, we now require a childminder who can:
• Have our daughter from 6:30am
• Support her morning routine
• Drop her to nursery on the required days
Exact days may vary slightly week to week due to the rotating schedule, but this would be consistent and planned in advance. We’re happy to discuss the rota in more detail and provide clear schedules ahead of time.
