Hi.
I'm starting new job at the end of September and we're looking for childminder that accepts government childcare funding.
The hours we are looking for are:
Monday and Thursday pick up from preschool at 1pm until one of us get back from work around 5/6pm
Tuesday and Wednesday from 12pm as my son is off pre-school.
I will start my work at 1pm and my bus to work is at 12.29
My Requirements
My little Monkey is an almost 4 year old little sweetheart. He's slightly speech delayed as we have been working very hard on his speech and language. He's improving every day.
He's neurodivergent awaiting diagnosis and about 75% potty trained. We are still working on pooping and he has occasional wee accidents.
He has his routine that will slightly change with new job but he's very easily adaptable.
We hope that ideal candidate has relevant qualifications or experience working with children with special needs and plenty of energy as he uses movements to regulate.
He's a good listener but because of speech delay sometimes finds hard to understand complex instructions. We also noted more ADHD/Autism traits over the summer where he finds himself quickly distracted. It would be great if childminder recorded any signs of neurodivergence as we're gathering as much evidence as we can.
Otherwise he's really bubbly, happy and clever little man.
