About Me
I am currently awaiting registration with Ofsted (March 2026). I aim to be open in September 2026. I am a qualified primary school teacher.
I am married and have two children of my own, aged 1 and 6, which gives me a real understanding of the needs of young children and their families.
I am passionate about creating a warm, home-from-home setting where children feel secure, valued and excited to learn. I aim to support each child as an individual, working closely with parents to ensure the best possible start to their early learning journey.
My Experience
I am a qualified teacher with 9 years of teaching experience, all within the Early Years Foundation Stage. I have worked in both nursery and reception settings, gaining extensive experience in supporting children’s learning, development and wellbeing. In addition, I have held the role of EYFS Lead and was a member of the Senior Leadership Team for 3 years, giving me a strong understanding of high-quality early years practice and child development.
Alongside my teaching qualification, I also hold a Level 3 qualification in Childcare and achieved the National Professional Qualification in Early Years Leadership (NPQEYL) in 2024. These qualifications allow me to confidently support children’s learning and development, providing nurturing, age-appropriate learning opportunities in a safe and supportive environment.
