I am a university student specializing in childhood and Youth with Psychology, supported by a formal childcare qualification and hands?on volunteering experience. My background reflects a strong commitment to children’s wellbeing, learning, and emotional growth. Through my roles in community and home?based settings, I developed a reliable, nurturing approach grounded in safeguarding, inclusivity, and professional practice. I bring academic insight, practical skills, and genuine care to every child and family you support.

My Qualifications

I am currently studying for a BA (Hons) in Childhood and Youth Studies with Psychology at the University of Portsmouth, which is strengthening my understanding of child development, behaviour, learning theory, and the wider social influences that shape children’s lives. My degree also deepens my knowledge of safeguarding, inclusive practice, and evidence?based approaches to supporting children and young people.
Before university, I completed a Childcare in Education qualification, achieving A grades across all components. This course equipped me with a strong foundation in early years development, educational support, safeguarding responsibilities, and practical skills for working with children aged 0–19.
I have also gained hands?on experience as a Teaching Assistant in two school settings, where I supported both academic and pastoral development. These roles allowed me to apply my training in real classrooms, build strong communication skills, and develop a child?centred, supportive approach.
