I'm a mum of two wonderful children, 14 year old daughter and baby boy born October 2025. I work from home for a charity, and love cooking/baking, reading, comedies, theatre, being outdoors and finding new things to do with my little people. I consider myself a very easygoing mum - I never say no to late night chats or cuddles, but equally believe routine and saying "no" is also important.
My Requirements
We are looking for a very special person to be our nanny/assistant. Childcare only involves our baby, who is sighted, however my husband and I are both blind. Therefore we're looking for someone to nanny while we work but who would also be willing to assist us with activities such as taking him out to groups, shopping, walks etc. We've employed people in the past and they've become incredibly important members of our family. We're looking for someone we can trust not just with our precious boy, but who can also be our eyes a bit and help us enjoy those moments with him too, just as we have with our daughter.
