My Requirements

We have an 8 month old (fit and well, no additional needs) and are looking for support with childcare. The descriptions is as below, hours and pay can be negotiated. We can pay on a self employed basis or offer a contractual employment if preferred.

We are looking for a full time nanny but with some flexibility to accommodate my and my husband’s rotas as we work irregular hours/nights/weekends and variable off days.

We could however employ two people part time instead to cover the hours needed.

We can commit to a certain number of minimum hours a week, but wonder if the nanny could have some flexibility as to how the hours are divided week on week because of our rotas.

Some days would involve an early start, around 7am and some days may involve a late finish like 7pm.

It would be ideal if the nanny could do an occasional evening or weekend and this can be paid ad hoc rather than the hourly weekly commitment.

It's important that the nanny can drive as we live on an estate without a reliable public transport network.

We could offer a contractual agreement for the right person.

We really need someone kind, flexible, reliable and committed. We are looking for a long term position, even as long as 3-4 years.
