About Me

Hi, my name is Karena and I’m a mum to two children, with the main childcare being for my two-year-old son. I also have a 12-year-old, who is largely independent and would not require active care.

I’m currently studying nursing at university and also work part-time, so I’m looking for a reliable, caring babysitter or childminder who can support us with flexible childcare. My working hours can vary and may include early mornings, late evenings, and occasional overnight sleep-ins.

Some of my shifts run from around 7:30am until 10:00pm, and at times I work 24-hour shifts where I work during the day, complete a sleep-in overnight, and finish the following morning. Because of this, I’m looking for someone who is understanding and able to accommodate variable and unsociable hours, including the possibility of overnight care.

My two-year-old is happy, energetic, and full of personality. I’m looking for someone who is kind, patient, and experienced with toddlers, and who can provide a safe and nurturing environment while I’m at work or on placement.
