My Requirements

We’re a friendly family looking for a reliable and caring after-school nanny for our 5-year-old son.

We’re looking for someone who can do school pick-up Monday to Thursday at 3:15pm, bring him home, and spend the afternoon with him until around 5:30pm. The role would ideally be based at our home.

The afternoons are about keeping things relaxed and fun: creative activities, play time, reading, chatting about his day, giving him tea, and helping with any light homework if needed. He’s curious, energetic, and loves imaginative play, so someone who enjoys actively engaging with children (not just supervising) would be a great fit.

We’re ideally looking for someone kind, dependable, and confident with this age group. Previous childcare experience is a plus, but warmth, patience, and a positive attitude are just as important.
