I met Ilona earlier this week when we needed very last-minute childcare for our daughter Lily, and honestly, she was incredible. From the moment she arrived, she put us completely at ease and Lily took to her straight away. She was so calm, warm, and natural with her, and we felt 100% confident knowing Lily was in such safe and caring hands. We’re beyond grateful for her flexibility and professionalism, and I truly can’t wait to work more with her! I would recommend Ilona without hesitation!
