We are incredibly lucky to have Maddie looking after our little girl. From the very beginning, she has created a warm, loving, and nurturing environment where our daughter feels completely safe and cared for. Maddie is kind, patient, and genuinely loves children, and this comes through effortlessly in the way she looks after them.
Since our daughter started at Maddie’s setting, she has truly thrived in every aspect — learning through play, developing manners, growing in confidence, and most importantly, being genuinely happy. In fact, she often becomes very upset when I go to pick her up, which really speaks volumes about how much she loves being there.
We are incredibly grateful for the wide variety of activities Maddie provides, both at home and outdoors. The children enjoy a fantastic mix of play with different toys, visits to the library, exploring the outdoors, playgroups, playgrounds, soft play, and more. Our daughter always comes home well-fed, clean, changed, and in the best of moods.
Maddie is extremely trustworthy and always works closely with parents, especially when it comes to introducing changes or new routines. As a first‑time parent, I’ve also found her knowledge and advice to be invaluable — her guidance is always thoughtful and spot on.
We feel so fortunate to have found Maddie, particularly as I returned to full‑time work and was understandably nervous about leaving my child in someone else’s care. Maddie has given us complete peace of mind, and we couldn’t recommend her more highly.
