I cannot recommend Jess highly enough. From the very beginning, she made the settling-in process so easy and reassuring with gradual settling days that allowed Mia to build her confidence at her own pace.
Communication has been excellent throughout. We receive regular updates, photos, and messages during the day, which gives us real peace of mind especially now that Mia is under Jessica's care 3 days a week.
The environment Jess provides is wonderful. The playroom is beautiful and filled with a wide variety of resources that encourage learning and exploration. There are so many opportunities for open-ended play. It is impressive to see that Jess plans engaging, age-appropriate activities such as water play, which Mia absolutely loves.
We are also really impressed with the healthy breakfasts and snacks that are provided.
What truly stands out is Jessica's calm, caring nature. She creates a warm and nurturing atmosphere where I am certain Mia feels safe, happy, and valued. Mia has created such a lovely bond with her which is lovely to see.
We feel incredibly lucky to have found such a dedicated, professional, and caring childminder, and we would wholeheartedly recommend her to any family.
