About Me
I am a kind and dependable babysitter with experience caring for newborns through to toddlers, including working within the homeless sector. I am currently studying Social Work, which reflects my genuine passion for supporting children and families. My experience has taught me how important early routines, emotional safety, and consistent care are in helping children feel secure and develop positively. I am patient, nurturing, and attentive, and I always aim to provide a calm, safe, and supportive environment where children can grow and feel valued.
I provide reliable, home-based childcare for newborns through to toddlers. I do not currently drive, however I am punctual and dependable, and I am comfortable using public transport to travel to and from roles.
My Experience
I have hands-on experience working with young homeless mothers and their children, from newborns up to toddlers. This role has involved supporting both the child and parent, providing nurturing care, guidance, and a safe, structured environment. I am trained in Child First Aid, and I understand the importance of routines, emotional support, and early development in giving children the best start in life. Alongside this practical experience, I am currently studying Social Work, which has further strengthened my understanding of safeguarding, child development, and the wider support systems that help children and families thrive.
