My Experience

I have looked after my two cousins many many times throughout the years, from when they were babies all the way up to 11 & 10 year olds. Although now they don't require as much amusing as they have their phones but I always enjoyed walking with them to school and at pick asking them about their days. I loved planning after school activities such as baking or playing with toys and drawing together. They've grown up too quick :(

I have also looked after my friends 3 children, ages 4, 8 and 10. Once we went to the park and had a great day out. I was able to keep an eye on all three of them, playing with them while also being observant, especially of the cheeky one who liked to try and run off. I can handle 3 kids no problem and I like to make sure they've had a lovely day out so that they're tired when they go home.

One of my friends has had a baby boy and I have loved all the days we've had playing together, going on strolls trying to get him to sleep and watching his personality shine more and more each day. He is now teething which can mean he can need a lot of soothing and distracting as the pain can be a lot for them. Loud screaming and tantrums don't deter me from doing my best to help them.

I'm the go to babysitter to many and the favourite cousin :)

My Qualifications

DBS Check (in maiden name)
First Aid (adult, child and infant)
Safeguarding (from medical training)
I'm afraid I don't have any child care qualifications except my previous experience with kids and in healthcare

My Availability

I am available all week except afternoons on Wednesdays and Friday mornings to early afternoon. I am happy to stay in the evenings if you would like a night out. Overall I'm happy to talk about my schedule with you and we can figure out a middle ground if my schedule doesn't fit yours.

My Fees

• Babysitting from £10.00 per hour

I'm flexible, I'm only starting out so I'm open to offers
