About Me

My new is Leah but I go by Lew I love working with children. And I’m currently completing my Lvl 3 in childcare and will be finished in April. I enjoy going for walks, spending time with friends and family, watching movies and cooking. I live with my partner and our cat mush! I enjoy working with children and love animals.

My Experience

I currently work in childcare and have for 4 years. Over the years I have worked with neurotypical and neurodivergent children. I am DBS checked and first aid trained. I have experience with babysitting as well. I have planned intriguing activities both indoor and outdoors, which centre around the EYFS to help further children’s development. I can change nappies and offer a healthy snack and lunch which fit into the different food groups.

My Qualifications

I have worked in childcare for 4 years. I have my level 2 in childcare, I am DBS checked, first aid trained and currently studying my level 3 in childcare which I’m due to complete in April 2026. I also have my food and hygiene level 2 and I’m safeguarding trained.

My Availability

I work at a nursery Monday, Tuesday and Wednesday 7:30-6. I am available Thursday to Saturday.
