I am currently looking for a REGISTERED and EXPERIENCED child minders, nannies, even nurseries and preschools who would be available to care for my two daughters, 3 years and 2 years, during the day.

I work permanent day shifts Thursdays and Fridays, from 6:00 AM until 19:00 PM, so I would require someone reliable and trustworthy who is able to provide day care on a consistent basis.

Bad experience

Unfortunately, I was disappointed with my experience. I was not provided with written terms and conditions or made aware of a 24-hour cancellation policy when I started using the childcare service. This policy was only raised later when I requested money to be returned. I would strongly recommend that parents make sure they receive and understand all terms and cancellation policies in writing before using the service.
