Hi, I’m Cathy — a warm, relaxed, fun-loving childminder with a genuine passion for children and their wellbeing. I’ve often been called a “child whisperer” because I connect with children naturally, quickly pick up on what they need, and help them feel safe, calm, and happy.
I truly believe children need to have fun, be themselves, and feel deeply loved. I provide a nurturing, playful environment with gentle guidance and routines, where children can build confidence, develop their little personalities, and enjoy being children.
My Experience
Practical childcare experience: former nursery school experience and many years of hands-on care with babies/children within my family (nieces, nephews and grandchildren). Confident supporting play-based learning, routines, meals/snacks, and age-appropriate activities.
I’m calm, patient, reliable, and I communicate well with parents. My aim is always to support your child’s happiness and development while giving you peace of mind that your little one is safe, cared for, and having fun.

My Availability
Monday to Friday 8:00am - 12:00pm
My Fees
- Babysitting from £9.00 per hour
- Nannying from £10.00 per hour (gross)
£6.00 per hour and I’m available Monday to Friday from 8am to 12.
