We’re a caring and thoughtful family based in Laindon, looking for someone reliable and experienced to help look after our one-year-old daughter. As she’s still very young, we’re keen to find someone who shares our values around providing a consistent, nurturing, and attentive environment.
We really value clear communication, professionalism, and someone who takes pride in their approach to childcare.
Mum is returning to work in March, and we’re hoping to find someone who feels like a great fit for our family and routine.
We value kindness, playfulness, and a warm, calm environment — and we’d love to work with someone who genuinely enjoys spending time with little ones.
My Requirements
We’re looking for the right fit for our one-year-old daughter and are open to a few different options. This could be a loving childminder, a small, home-from-home nursery environment, or a nanny who would care for her in our own home.
We’re hoping to find someone experienced with toddlers, who is warm, engaging and creates a calm, nurturing atmosphere with plenty of interaction and play.
We’re looking for care Monday to Thursday, from around 9:30am to 5:30pm, starting from early March.
