About Me
I am stay at home Mum with 2 children with additional needs. My 7 year old daughter is very bright but her Autism, ADHd and severe anxiety means she needs a lot of support. My 4 year old son has global developmental delay and autism. Both children are lovely but require a lot of extra support which is why up until now I have had my son with a child minder a couple of days a week so I can get jobs done around the house. But with the needs of the children increasing and my son starting school in September it makes more sense to look for someone to support us all to manage day to day life.
My Requirements
We are looking for someone patient, supportive and flexible to take on our crazy crew.
We can be very flexible with days and times but ideally we would be looking for someone who is happy to muck in a support with both my youngest during the day, taking him to and from his specialist preschool, taking him to do fun activities and going on days out with myself an both the children during the school holidays. In September the hours will likely change a little but we are happy to do more in the holidays and average them out and make sure it’s still viable.
The person we take on must be happy to be self employed and OFSTED registered so that we can claim the financial support to pay you. ?
