About Me
We are a friendly and welcoming family based in Radley, looking for a kind, reliable, and proactive part-time nanny.
We are Eliza and Pete and have three children - 1 year old boy/girl twins and a pre-school age boy. They enjoy activities such as music, outdoor play, baby groups and reading, and we value a nurturing environment where they can learn, grow, and feel supported. We love spending time in the playground (opposite our house!), walks/bike rides around Radley Lakes, the story museum (Oxford), seeing friends.
As parents, we try to be calm, respectful, and structured but flexible. We prioritise kindness, good communication, and creating a positive atmosphere at home.
Eliza is returning to work as a GP part-time for 2-3 days/week from 9th July. Pete works full-time but mostly from home (1-2 days/week in London) so will often be around during the day.
My Requirements
Our priority is to find someone who feels like a natural fit with our family and can build a strong, positive bond with our children.
We will need childcare for the twins for full days on Thursdays and Fridays (~8.30am-5.30pm), as well as school pick-up and after school care for our older boy, who attends the local preschool (10 min walk). The role will also involve looking after him during the school holidays on Thursdays and Fridays, although we will arrange some playdates and holiday clubs for him. We are interested in some additional hours too eg. Weds afternoons, but this is flexible.
