A nurturing, inclusive and high quality early years setting for children aged 12 months –4 years olds (pre -school ) and 4-11years olds ( After school Club)
Frankphil Pre-School & Out of School Club provides a warm, safe and stimulating environment where children can learn, explore and thrive. We are an Ofsted registered setting operated by Frankphil Childcare Ltd, offering high quality early education and wraparound childcare for families in Harold Hill and the wider Havering community.
We welcome children aged 2 to 4 years in our pre-school, and offer Breakfast Club, After School Club and Holiday Club for children up to 11 years.
Our Early Years Approach :
We follow the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS) and provide a balanced curriculum that supports each child’s development through:

Healthy Meals & Daily Routines:
Children enjoy nutritious meals and snacks prepared onsite by our kitchen team. We promote healthy habits, independence and positive routines throughout the day.
Qualified, Caring Staff :
Our practitioners are experienced, DBS checked and trained in safeguarding, first aid and EYFS delivery. We are committed to high standards, professional development and creating a warm, family centred atmosphere.
Wraparound Childcare (2–11 years) :
We offer flexible childcare to support working parents:
*Breakfast Club *After School Club *Holiday Club

We are based at the Good News Centre, Harold Hill, Romford (RM3) — easily accessible for local families.

Our Fees
- Childcare from £25.00 per morning
- Childcare from £25.00 per afternoon
Breakfast fees are charged from 8-9 am (£7.50 ) and After school Club 3.30-6pm (£22.50)
