Hi, my name is Jasmine, but prefer to be called Jas. I actually identify as non-binary, but that wasn't an option on this form. I use they/them pronouns.
I have recently had my first baby. She is called Amerie. She is 6 months old and is developing really well. She is rolling over, having lots of tummy time, and is mobile around the floor. She is now starting to have solids but she is primarily breastfed.
What I am having trouble with, is that I need some support to get some time to myself, for sleep, self care and to be able to cook and clean at home. I have no support in my personal network so this is particularly hard for me.
PS - losing my mind, please help!
