Babysitter With Special Needs Experience Job In Wisbech

I am a recently single mum of 6.
3 teenagers and 3 young ones.
I have no friends or family for support. Very capable of managing myself but could really do with a babysitter for occasional appointments.
My Requirements
I am in need of someone to get to know my younger children and be available for prescheduled appointments that would be easier for me to attend without the 3 younger ones. Nothing short notice unless that's an option in which case that would be amazing but at the moment I'm just looking for someone I can schedule weeks or months in advance. I would like to use the same person each time so my children feel comfortable with a familiar person.
It would be 1 to 3 teenagers depending on whether or not any are at their dad's, none need actual babysitting, they're very independent and well behaved, they just need an adult present in case of emergency.
I also have 3 younger children with a different dad who unfortunately have no contact with their dad and I have nobody else to help with them.
My 1 year old girl who is pretty easy going. She's never been left with anyone other than older siblings but is very sociable so I imagine she'll be absolutely fine once she's spent a bit of time with someone.
My 4 year old boy is autistic with some learning difficulties. He has some communication difficulties, it can be hard to understand what he's saying sometimes. He needs very close supervision as he lacks danger awareness. Safety wise he needs to be treated as a 1 year old, not left with toys labelled 3+, restrained at all times in public etc. He is very well behaved and a lovely boy. He is very sociable and will not have a problem being left with someone new.
My 7 year old boy is extremely high needs but I don't imagine being able to leave him with a babysitter any time soon. He will be the one most appointments are for so won't require a babysitter. He has 2 upcoming appointments but I don't have set dates yet. One should be in March, maybe April and could be 8 hours that I'll need a babysitter for the younger 2 and adult presence for any teenagers at home. We are also waiting for a hospital appointment, no idea when this will be, and this will most likely be very early morning until late evening, at least 12 hours I'd imagine. There's no way I can take the 2 younger ones with me for this and it is extremely appointment that I can take my 7 year old to this appointment.
I need someone who has SEN experience. Ideally autism and learning difficulties experience. Must be DBS checked. We are in Upwell.
