Our son has joined the setting a few months ago and we are extremely pleased of how things are progressing so far. From development, speech and confidence, you can tell Nawal and Poppy really are putting in the effort to make the kids feel comfortable and integrated. They pay great attention to detail and any requirements you have, from food, clothing, sleep, toys, anything that can make your child feel safe and 'like home'. The activities they do are so various and catchy for the kids, from the simple tasks to some more complex, you can tell the interest is always there. The setting itself has everything a child could need or want, it's a very warm environment for the kids to feel safe and welcome.

Poppy is a very kind and professional childminder, extremely easy to talk to and understanding which has made this process so much easier for us from a parent perspective. She is always very careful and patient with our son, offering him comfort and attention when needed hence why we can see he has grown very fond of her. All the updates she is providing throughout the day and always there to answer any of our silly questions or concerns, has made this chapter so much easier to navigate.
Her being careful and aware of any mood swings or behaviour changes in our son and making us aware of it everytime, gives us the peace of mind that he is being looked after properly.

We are happy to work together with them towards our son's journey at the setting and excited for what's next to come. 😊
