My Experience

I’ve spent a lot of time looking after the children of family friends, both on a regular basis after school and at short notice when parents were busy. This has helped me become confident, reliable, and comfortable caring for children of different ages. I always made sure the children felt safe, relaxed, and happy while in my care.

My responsibilities usually included cooking simple meals, helping with homework, and keeping a good routine so the children. I enjoy helping with schoolwork and acdamics as they can be quite tricky for young children. Once homework was finished, I made sure they could either relax, whether that meant playing games, doing creative activities, or going to the park for some fresh air and exercise.

I’ve also worked as a tutor, where I can adapt to different learning styles. I supported children with their homework, helped them understand new topics. I always try to make learning feel positive and enjoyable, rather than overwhelming.

I also have pet-sat dogs and cats, taking dogs on walks and paying.

My Availability

Fridays and weekends are the best days as Im free all day.
