My Requirements

I currently need a childminder from Wed-Fri (this could be subject to change as I am looking for work closer to Sheffield), all day. This would be from June/July when she will be 8/9 months old and I will be returning to work.
I am wanting to use the 30 free hours, I know these can only be used within term time, so it would be useful to know the going rate outside of these and if there are any extra costs as well.
I am wanting a childminder as I feel like it would be a more personal experience for my little girl, rather than going to a nursery. I would really love someone who is going to treat her as their own, and is going to encourage her to develop, as she's such a curious little thing. There's nothing more scary than knowing you have to leave your little one to go to work after maternity leave has finished. Really wanting someone I can feel happy to leave her with!
Hoping to find someone as close to S9 as possible, as my partner doesn't drive (I do), in case he needs to do any drops offs/pick ups. Obviously, depending on available hours, I am able to do this.
