Core Responsibilities
Collaborative Childcare: Manage the day-to-day routine (feeding, sleep, hygiene) and foster developmental milestones. This includes "rustling up" engaging activities like sensory play, cooking sessions, and educational outings.
Emotional Support: Act as an excellent role model, helping the child understand "big emotions" and fostering independence and good manners.
Lifestyle & Admin Support: Beyond childcare, you will assist with holiday research, managing administration for the family's Italian property, ordering groceries, and general errands.
Household Oversight: Keep play areas and bedrooms tidy, manage the child’s laundry, and assist with family meal prep where appropriate. (Note: A housekeeper handles deep cleaning).
