I am looking for 2 separate things:
Mothers help: From May for 3 months, I will need some help around the house and with the baby, a few hours a week, as we learn this new way of life.
Nany- From July until December, I will be going back to work part-time and will need help while I'm working from home, so looking for someone to come to my house around 4 times a week, each time for around 4 hours (can be flexible and not sure on exact times each day. From December, I hope this part-time nanny will become a full-time nanny while I return to full-time work.

Looking for someone who has experience with newborns.
