About Me
Hi, I’m Lydia and I live in Desborough with my husband and our daughter Aiyana, who has just turned one. Aiyana is a foodie, loves dancing and singing nursery rhymes, enjoys being out and about, and absolutely loves cuddles. She can be a little cautious of some people at first but warms up once she feels safe and she really enjoys being around other children.
Our home is calm, playful, and loving. As she’s our only child, Aiyana prefers being close to someone rather than playing independently all the time. She’s very fond of her nana, who looks after her on Mondays and is always singing interactive nursery rhymes with her, so music and engagement are a big part of her routine. We’re raising her with kindness, patience, love, and being mindful of our actions and language are important to us.
We’d love for Aiyana to grow into a happy child who feels confident expressing herself.
My Requirements
I’m completing my Masters degree in counselling, so I attend university all day Wednesdays and would need care from around 7:30am, sometimes just mornings depending on my husband’s shifts, but potentially until 5:30/6pm.
Aiyana is with her nana on Mondays. I’ll also be looking for care on Thursdays and Fridays from 7:30am to 6pm when needed, as I’ll be returning to work part time.
I’m looking for full childcare support including naps, play, development, feeds, and changing. Ideally someone warm and experienced with babies, who offers regular updates and provides a safe, nurturing environment with other children.
What matters most is that Aiyana feels comfortable, cared for with genuine love, and in a safe space.
