About Me

Hi, let me start by introducing myself, my name is Rebecca I am a proud mum of two.
I have an 18 year old son ( who is an apprentice joiner and a 10 year old daughter who will be starting secondary school in September. )
My friends often describe me as creative which I have found to be helpful in my current role of nursery lead. In my spare time I love to up-cycle furniture or create outdoor equipment for use in my setting. I have a gentle dog named Juno who is tiny in stature (as she is a poodle chihuahua cross) but big in personality. On a weekend my daughter and I love exploring the great outdoors with Juno.

My Experience

I am an NNEB qualified nursery practitioner with a foundation degree in Early years Education. I have worked in a school setting for just under 30 years and could not imagine doing any other job.
I consider working with little people an honour, it gives me pleasure to facilitate their growth and development.

My Qualifications

NNEB diploma in Nursery Nursing
Dip HE-Foundation degree in early years education
