About Me
My name is Evie, and I currently work as a travel consultant. I’m very good with people, especially children, as I grew up caring for my nieces, nephews, and my younger sister. Through this, I’ve learned how to keep children safe, entertained, and comfortable, while staying calm and patient in different situations. My Experience
I also have hands-on experience caring for my nephew who is autistic, which has helped me develop a strong understanding of patience, empathy, and the importance of routine and clear communication. I am comfortable adapting activities and care to suit individual needs and supporting children in a calm, reassuring way.
In addition, I am qualified in Health and Social Care and have knowledge of first aid, meaning I am confident responding appropriately in emergency situations and always prioritise children’s health, safety, and wellbeing. I am responsible, reliable, and genuinely enjoy caring for children, making me very well suited for babysitting.
My Qualifications
I have GCSEs in Maths and English, a qualification in Food Preparation, and a qualification in Health and Social Care, which has given me a strong understanding of safety, wellbeing, and first aid. I am also a qualified Travel Consultant, having graduated last year.
My Availability
I am available every evening and am very flexible with times. I am also available for overnight babysitting on request. I can do some daytime shifts depending on the day—please feel free to send me a message and I will be happy to let you know if I’m available.
My Fees
- Babysitting from £10.00 per hour
My standard babysitting rate is £10 per hour. This increases to £11.50 per hour for care past midnight, and £13 per hour for overnight stays.
