My Requirements
I have an 8-year old with special needs who finishes school at 3 p.m. I also have a 2- year who attends preschool and finishes at 03:30 a.m. My children enjoy the outdoors and going for walks (if weather permits), otherwise, they're happy and content with educational activities and singing nursery ryhmes at home.
I work 3 or 4 days on a bi-weekly basis (for example, I work 3 days in week 1 and work 4 days in week 2 and back to 3 days the following week, etc). So, on weekdays, I'd be needing help with childcare (nanny/baby sitter/childminder) from 03:00 a.m - 07:30 p.m. but in weekends, the hours would be 08:30 a.m. - 07:30 p.m.
