Based on my 1.5 years of experience working abroad with infants and toddlers, as well as my educational background and strong sense of responsibility, I am seeking a rate in the range of £15–£18 per hour, depending on the number of children, responsibilities, and working hours. I believe this reflects my hands-on experience with young children from 6 months old, including daily care, kindergarten pick-ups, outdoor activities, and evening babysitting.
For full-time positions, I am open to discussing a weekly salary arrangement that is fair and suitable for both sides. I am also flexible regarding overtime, evening babysitting, and any additional duties, and I am happy to agree on clear terms in advance.
