My Experience
I have experience working as a Teaching Assistant in a preschool and as a Childminding Assistant, supporting children of different ages and abilities, including those with special educational needs. I have provided both one to one and group support, helped with daily routines, and assisted in planning engaging activities that promote learning through play. I am confident managing behaviour positively, encouraging independence, and supporting children’s emotional development. I work closely with parents and professionals to ensure each child’s individual needs are met in a safe and supportive environment.
