My Requirements

Private Tutor

Hello,

I am looking for a British native English-speaking tutor for my 8-year-old daughter. She is bilingual (Russian/English) and studies in a British primary school.

We need support with reading, spelling, writing and basic maths, but most importantly with confidence and understanding tasks. She can become anxious if work feels too difficult, so a calm, encouraging approach is essential.

We are not looking for exam preparation right now. Our priority is to build strong foundations step by step and help her feel comfortable learning.

Ideally the tutor has experience with primary-age children and uses a supportive, patient teaching style rather than a strict or high-pressure one.

Lessons once a week, preferably nearby in your place.
