My Experience

I have around 10 years experience in the education sector, as well as having two children of my own, currently at primary school. I have direct and personal experience with children with SEND, working with them directly and offering family support strategies within school settings. My son also has Autism, Sensory Processing Disorder, ADHD, and Dyslexia, so I have a firm, first-hand experience of how to support these additional needs and provide a nurturing, inclusive learning environment to help your little ones grow with confidence and independence. I have tutoring experience and offer private or small group sessions during the week, but we also have a calm/homework help time during the day-to-day of Bright Sprout Childcare. I have a firm belief that being outdoors and in nature can have a positive impact on our general well-being, so a big part of our day is spent outdoors at our setting.

My Qualifications

I am a designated safeguarding lead, have pediatric first aid certification, and 5 star food safety and hygiene certification. My background is in Psychology, receiving a first class honors degree in Child Development. I also have a National Professional Qualification in Senior Leadership.

My Availability

We open at 7.15am and close at 5.30pm term time, although additional hours can be requested ad hoc, subject to availability. We also offer holiday camps that run from 8am to 4pm, also bookable ad hoc.

My Fees

• Childminding from £8.00 per hour

We have different slots throughout the day, so a timetable of fees can be sent via email upon request, but it averages at around £8 per hour, with funding only being applicable from 9am-3pm.
