My Experience

I’m Jo, a mum of three amazing children and a qualified primary school teacher. I have years of experience working within the Early Years: in private nurseries, teaching and supporting in primary schools, and the 24/7 experience of raising my own children!
I prioritise learning through play and following children’s interests and passions. I love creative activities, cosy story time, imaginative play, getting outside to explore nature, and getting messy!
As a mum of three myself, I understand how hard it may feel to leave your babies in someone else’s care, but I will always do my best to provide a safe, loving ‘home-away-from-home’ environment in which your children can confidently play, learn and grow.
I’m OFSTED registered, paediatric first aid trained and have an enhanced DBS. I am committed to creating a warm, nurturing space where your children will flourish and develop at their own pace, with lots of love, laughter and learning along the way.

My Qualifications

I am a qualified primary teacher. I have a paediatric first aid certificate and up-to-date training in safeguarding and food hygiene.

My Availability

I offer term time childminding five days a week.
I also offer school drop-offs/collections and wraparound care for Wheatcroft School.

My Fees

• Babysitting from £12.00 per hour
• Childminding from £7.00 per hour

Childminding at £7 an hour.
I offer funded hours from 9 months.
