Registered Childminder Job In London
About Me
I’m a first-time mum to a beautiful 11-month-old boy who turns one next month. I’m married, though currently long-distance, and at home it’s just me, my son, and my mum. We are a close, funny, loving, respectable household.
I’ve recently returned to full-time work on a flexible hybrid schedule (three days in the office and two days working from home), and I’m looking for someone who can become a consistent and positive presence in my son’s life.
I’m very clean and organised, and I prepare all of my son’s meals fresh at home. I don’t raise him in a strict environment, as long as he is safe, I let him explore, learn, and simply be a child.
My Requirements
While I work, I want to feel confident that my son is safe, stimulated, and supported in his development.
I’m very clean and organised, and I prepare all of his meals fresh at home which I will continue to do. I don’t believe in overly strict parenting as long as he is safe, I encourage exploration, independence, and curiosity. As he transitions into toddlerhood, I’m keen to gently introduce potty training, reinforce good manners, encourage self-feeding, and maintain a healthy, active routine with plenty of age-appropriate play and learning.
He is very independent for his age but also incredibly affectionate and loving. I would love a nanny who understands early childhood development, can provide structured but flexible days (including sensory play, outdoor time, reading, and developmental activities), and who is patient, warm, proactive, and emotionally intelligent.
I’m looking for a ofsted registered nanny to provide care from my home, someone professional and down to earth, reliable, and experienced someone who will treat this as more than just a job and truly invest in helping my son thrive.
