My Experience
I have worked in childcare for over 6 years. I did my placement in the nursery and reception class in a primary school for 2 years and then straight to a nursery where I have worked my way up to be a senior practitioner and baby room leader. I have worked in the baby room for 3 years and have previously worked in the 2-3 year old room. I work closely with the parents to form strong bonds with them and their children in order for their children to reach their milestones whilst thriving in a fun, stimulating and loving environment. I love planning activities such as messy plays, outdoor play and sensory activities.
My Qualifications
I have attained a Level 3 in childcare and have taken extensive training in paediatric first aid, child safeguarding, safer sleep, weaning, food hygiene, and NG tube training. As a creative individual, I enjoy planning activities such as baking, messy plays, and outdoor play. I appreciate cleanliness, giving me a tendency towards being tidy.
